CyberGuard Networks is a new managed service provider based in Sofia. We look after the networks, firewalls and day-to-day IT of 20–200 person companies across the EU, fully remotely. Tell us what is broken or what worries you, and we will tell you plainly what we would do.

Help for your staff by email, phone or a secure remote session. You talk to the engineer doing the work, not a ticket queue.
How we work
We are a new company, and we would rather say so than pad this page. What you get instead is an engineer who reads the datasheet and the regulation before giving you an answer.
- Remote by design. Everything is done over secure remote access from Sofia. We do not send technicians on site, which keeps prices sane for offices anywhere in the EU.
- Documented. Passwords, diagrams and change notes stay with you. If you leave, the next provider can pick up on day one.
- EU first. We work with NIS2, GDPR and the Cyber Resilience Act in mind and explain what they mean for a company your size. We are engineers, not lawyers, and we say so.
- Plain answers. If the fix is a €40 switch, we will tell you. If you need more than we offer, we will tell you that too.
Is remote support right for your office?
Honest answer: for most small offices yes, but not for all of them.
